Finance Analyst - Lavazza Baltics

At Lavazza Baltics we work with Lavazza, Italy’s premium coffee no. 1 and Denmark’s most famous coffee brand, Merrild. We hold a prominent position in the retail sector and want to maintain and develop this position.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance department in Lavazza Baltics. This position will be essential for upholding precise financial documentation, conducting predictive financial analyses, and guaranteeing adherence to statutory and internal-control standards, enabling our management to make informed, data-driven decisions.

You will report to the Finance Manager, and the position will be located in our office in Riga.

Your responsibilities

• Sales Analytics: Doing performance analysis, performance reports, KPI tracking and market data analytics.
• Pricing Control: Maintaining pricing database and securing execution in line with guidelines; pricing scenarios/modulations etc.
• Forecasting support: Supporting rolling forecasts, budgeting and pricing uploads.
• Process improvement: Automating reports, enhancing tools and creating visual graphics and driving these.
• Document flow process, improvements and supervision

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance/Economics
• + 2 years of analytics experience in finance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in process improvements and automation
• Experience with ERP systems, and experience with SAP will be an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, and fluent Latvian languages abilities.
