UX/UI Specialist

In alignment with the Lavazza Group’s digital strategy, we are looking for a UI/UX Specialist to design and optimize the Brand’s Customer Experience for online platforms such as App and E-Commerce. 
The candidate will be required to liaise with Company’s stakeholders such as product, platform, ICT teams as well as third party agencies involved into the UX/UI development processes

•    Investigate and identify, through ad hoc analysis, specific users’ needs and requirements to enhance Group’s digital experience coherently with Brand strategy and positioning 
•    Design of specific and customized components for Group’s online platforms such as E-Commerce, Websites and Mobile Apps
•    Assessment and optimization of current Brand’s UX/UI to maximize digital business opportunities
•    Optimization of existing way of working and processes liaising with operational stakeholders to ensure proficiency in execution flows 
•    Execution along the design flow including research, user story definition/validation, solution design, prototyping, A/B testing, and conduction of usability tests


Requirements for the role:
•    3+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer of complex web solutions 
•    Experience in Agile working methodology and in operating in cross-functional environments  
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholder and promote value of designed solutions 
•    Analytical skills
•    English is a must. Any other language a plus
