Talent Acquisition Internship



Job ID: 

The role supports full-cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to offer phase. An exciting opportunity to develop TA skills following assignments across various company functions within a dynamic, international Group.


Key accountabilities:


  • Support in determining talent acquisition needs together with HR Manager and line management.
  • Direct scouting of potential candidates using Linkedin/SF candidate database
  • Support in job posting to source candidates.
  • Scheduling and carrying out first round interviews and preparation of short list
  • Managing all feedback to candidates
  • Tracks all candidate activity using Success Factors
  • Organization and supervision of administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information for new employees is recorded
  • Pipelining activities: builds long term relationships with past & potential candidates
  • Participation at career fairs and recruiting days/employer branding activities




  • Graduated between October 2018 and December 2019
  • Knowledge of Success Factors a plus
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to prioritize activities and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


We are offering an internship (6 months) starting September/October 2019
