Job Purpose/Overview
At Lavazza North America, the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will be managing heavy volume of deductions and collect on assigned portfolio. The role collaborates directly with sales, customer service and the FP&A team to ensure the accuracy of customer master data related to customer setups. The position also involves the understanding of accounting principles. The Senior Analyst will provide the A/R manager with weekly updates on the entire portfolio. Also, owns the responsibility of the financial integrity of all deductions related to trade accruals within the portfolio and keeping all accounts in-line with the organizations credit terms.

Key Responsibilities
- A key focus in the role is identifying discrepancies in deductions as well as the timely collections
- Reviews the accuracy of the reconciliation of deductions against all trade accruals.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of executing various reports and SAP transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Interacts with all areas of the business such as finance, marketing, and customer service to provide information.
- Responsible to support lead activities, working closely with other members of the team to mentor, coach, and develop.

Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of order to cash, ERP systems and accounting
- Minimum 2-4 years of A/R experience in a leadership or management role
- Proficient: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point),
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and resolve inquiries or disputes
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and accounts
- Proven ability to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues with customers
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- SAP and High Radius Experience is a plus
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear communication to internal and external customers
- Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
