OVERVIEW
The Senior Salesforce Strategy Manager at Lavazza North America is the technical expert of the Salesforce platform in addition to acting as a trusted advisor across all departments in facilitating successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce.com solutions. The incumbent will be leading the Digital Transformation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative in North America evolving the sales processes (Salesforce automation), after sales services (customer service, customer care, field services) and marketing processes. The goal of the program is also to implement advanced data integrations and business analytics. The Senior Salesforce Strategy Manager will work within the Commercial Strategy department, with exposure to business dynamics across all distribution channels (B2B Retail, Food Service, OCS and B2C).
This role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a seamless Salesforce rollout that enhances our operational efficiency and drives business growth. The role of the Senior Salesforce Strategy Manager will be focused in two main areas of responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Deployment & Change Management
2. Platform Integrity & Continuous Improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist internal customers achieve business value and get the most out of the Salesforce platform by acting as a focal point for NA BPOs/champions and users.
- Partner with the HQ PMO, HQ Business Process Owners, HQ Subject Matter Experts and Change Management Teams to gather local business requirements and support development/testing and adaptation of the Salesforce CRM platform to fulfil NA business needs.
- Bring innovative ideas by proactively supporting product discovery for improving current processes with the aim to address business needs and relieve customers/users pain points, in coordination with HQ CoE.
- Drive blend and cross-pollination between technology and business processes with the aim to increase Salesforce knowledge in the organization and expand its footprint.
- Support change management activities, delivering training and coach users to get the most out their daily experience, improving ways of working and increasing productivity.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Four year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field required.
- 5+ years experience in supporting the setup and deployment of Saleforce.com
- Large scale project management, scaling and executing of digital transformation
- Salesforce certifications (e.g./ Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant), highly desireable
- Technical skill and expertise with Salesforce.com is a must; ability work with platform and clients
- Understanding of Sales Processes, Fast-moving Consumer Goods industry preferred
- High analytical skills relating to financial and business data
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required
- Strong analytic and story telling capabilities to diagnosis complex business issues, visualize the data, identify the insights, and recommend clear action plans
- Highly agile and thrives in a fast paced working environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong collaboration and influence skills with the ability to work well cross functionally with all levels of the organization - peers to Executives
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
PHYSICAL/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel Expectations: up to 20% annually, typically to NYC/WC offices as needed. International travel possible.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
