Job Purpose/Overview


At Lavazza, our Sales Enablement organization is comprised of Sales Operations, Customer Marketing, and Telesales. This internship position will offer a unique opportunity to support both the Sales and Marketing teams with a variety of activities to help drive Sales performance.


Location: West Chester, PA



Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the coordination & tracking of design/copy updates to new and existing sales materials with the internal Marketing team and external agencies. 
  • Manage a sales enablement content repository for content from external design agencies and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Support OCS sales in the development and execution of trade promotion programs.
  • Perform marketing coordination activities as needed.
  • Assist the Sales Enablement team with projects and activities related to new product activation.
  • Create or improve upon a new workflow process for processing customer rebates.
  • Assist with data analysis, data cleansing and reporting, specifically related to Free on Loan program.
  • Manage and organize marketing lead lists to facilitate successful execution of a customer communication strategy.
  • Support the implementation of a business-wide Lavazza premia product platform.
  • Document existing processes.
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects as requested.



Job Specifications/Qualifications


  • Post high-school education and pursuing a four-year college degree from an accredited institution; Marketing, Business, Communications or related field majors preferred 
  • Ability to work proactively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • MS Office Outlook, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
