JOB OVERVIEW
At Lavazza North America, the Financial Analyst – Reporting & Pricing position supports Lavazza North America’s finance team by ensuring the construction, execution, and maintenance of the pricing function. This role is also a critical role involved in ensuring the financial health of the business through generating various reports and analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the pricing function for the Lavazza North America Business Unit.
- Liaise between the finance team and operational/sales teams to ensure successful implementation of all contracted pricing.
- Manage internal pricing databases for all SKUs, customers, and contracts.
- Facilitate the sharing of the pricing information throughout the organization.
- Manage Salesforce customer pricing data.
- Support the tactical needs to help deliver on pricing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and the EDI function to manage and prevent pricing deductions.
- Maintain reports pertaining to the overall month closure P&L shared with the BU CFO.
- Oversee the Free of Charge (FOC) reporting (actual v. projected) and set yearly goal by channel sales teams.
- Support the organization on managing the discount strategy for salvage or pre-salvage sales.
- Support Sr. Financial Analysts with Annual Budget and Forecast process.
Ad hoc special projects as needed to support business needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or data analytics.
- CPG experience preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required.
- SAP ECC and/or Salesforce experience a plus.
- PowerBi required.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively learn new technology (Proprietary Lavazza tools).
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize.
- Highly agile and thrives in a fast-paced working environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly organized and strong project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and with the ability to work well cross functionally with all levels of the organization - peers to Executives.
- Minimal travel (<10% per year).
