MISSION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Performs microbiological testing to determine the presence and levels of microorganisms, such as bacteria, yeast, and mold, in food samples, ensuring that food is free from harmful pathogens and meets quality and safety standards;
3. Performs chemical testing to assess the composition, nutritional content, and presence of contaminants or additives in food products, including tests for moisture content, caffeine content, pesticide residues, heavy metals, and food additives;
4. Performs shelf-life testing to assess the stability and quality changes of food products over time, including tests to evaluate changes in microbiological, chemical, or sensory properties during storage under specific conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity);
5. Maintains accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests and results, including documenting laboratory processes, preparing test reports, and any other relevant documentation required for compliance purpose;
6. Supports in conducting coffee products evaluation to ensure compliance with defined internal quality standards, recording any discrepancies and non-conformities identified;
7. Keeps abreast of changes on industry quality standards and food safety regulations, reporting any relevant update to management;
8. Conducts research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in laboratory testing, reporting any relevant update to management.
