MISSION

The role is responsible for defining processes and procedures for ensuring consistency and uniformity between after sales processes and projects globally. The role involves establishing and managing budget for the area of responsibility, and defining strategies for optimizing and streamlining data flow. This involves overseeing and leading data quality and integration initiatives, complex workflow analyses for the identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies, as well as data encoding and classification. Further, the role involves establishing a framework for comprehensive data documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data processing and reporting automation, and ensuring after sales operations compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and data security. Finally, the role entails establishing KPIs and metrics to evaluate efforts effectiveness, and driving continuous innovation by implementing innovative solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Defines processes and procedures for ensuring consistency and uniformity between after sales processes and projects within the global domain;
2. Is responsible for defining and managing the budget within the area of responsibility, effectively allocating funds and resources among initiatives related to after sales operations;
3. Leads organization-wide initiatives for maintaining high data quality and integrity in after sales operations;
4. Oversees and leads the creation of a unified and comprehensive perspective of customer data, through the integration of diverse data sources;
5. Oversees and leads the identification and development of innovative solutions for addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies identified through workflow analyses of complex workflows, collaborating with relevant stakeholders;
6. Oversees and provides guidelines on data encoding and classification by establishing data standards and classification systems to ensure information is categorized and labeled consistently for easier search and analysis;
7. Sets the framework for proper documentation of data flow processes, data dictionaries, and metadata to ensure data alignment and transparency, and facilitate troubleshooting;
8. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define data analysis tools and platforms to automate data processing and reporting, identifying trends and patterns, and generating actionable insights from customer data;
9. Ensures after sales operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, and data are handled securely;
10. Establishes KPIs and metrics to evaluate efforts effectiveness, identifying areas of improvement and devising changes;
11. Drives continuous innovation in after sales processes by monitoring industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and implementing innovative solutions.
