MISSION

Lavazza Professional Operating Services offers one of the UK’s leading operated vending services we cover every postcode in Britain. We are looking for a Mobile Vending operator to join our team, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager the vending operator will become the face of the company to the client and would be expected to be professional, presentable and approachable.

The job is demanding looking after machines across several sites so a good level of fitness is needed.

Previous experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential as full training will be provided.

Full driving license required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning and restocking vending machines to auditable standards.

Ensure use of Vendman system to obtain and record accurate data

Responsible for safe cash collection

Responsible for following and completing daily route

Responsible for rectifying minor machine faults

Ensure any machine faults that can’t be rectified are reported to Customer support helpdesk

Ensuring service calls from the helpdesk are completed and closed down within a 24 hour SLA

Responsible for stock control both on van and in storeroom.

Ensure safe and responsible driving of company vehicle

Maintenance of company vehicle, including booking of repairs and servicing

Ensure security of vehicle, cash and stock

Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and tidy

Maintaining effective contact via phone and email with your Regional Manager and HO helpdesks

Ensure company procedures, H&S and manual handling standards are met and maintained

Ability to provide cover for colleagues when deemed necessary

Liaison with installers and engineers at new installs
