OVERVIEW

At Lavazza North America, the Procurement Process Analyst is responsible for managing the operational and transactional aspects related to procure-to pay processes and day to day management of purchasing documents related to raw materials and services. They will ensure data integrity and continuous improvement of the functional aspects of processes, systems, and reporting. While supporting category buyers with the effective execution of the sourcing strategy and Supplier Relationship Management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse procurement workflows and identify areas for improvement across purchasing, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Collect and interpret data related to procurement activities (spend analysis, supplier performance).
  • Develop and maintain procurement KPIs and dashboards to monitor process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation tools.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives related to procurement platforms (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a procurement related role
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus (Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
