Junior Accountant for Lavazza Sweden

Key responsibilities

As Junior Accountant, you will support the daily accounting operations and contribute to accurate financial processes across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and month-end closing activities.

• Process and manage supplier invoices.
• Prepare supplier payment proposals and monitor due dates.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Post and reconcile customer payments.
• Support month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT and payroll tax reports.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments and support credit management activities.
• Assist with audits and external reporting.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good Excel skills and general Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Structured and detail-oriented.
• Service-minded and collaborative.
• Motivated to learn and grow.
• Skilled at thriving in a busy, evolving environment.
• Positive mindset and a professional approach.
