Lavazza is now seeking a Business Development Manager for the OCS channel in Sweden. You will be a key person in our Swedish team, working closely with both existing and new customers within the OCS channel. The role is key to our commercial endeavors and calls for both strategic insights and operational commitment.
RESPONSIBILITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the daily contact person for key OSC customers in Sweden.
- Facilitate growth and sales with existing customers through strategic and tactical business plans, as well as pursue new business opportunities and projects within OCS.
- Create and negotiate quotes and contracts with clear profitability calculations.
- Build effective, long-term relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
- Implement activities such as campaigns, new producs launches, and price adjustments through joint business plans and scorecards.
- Forecast sales and update post-sales data.
- Ensure budgets are maintaind according to Lavazza's guidelines.
- Act as an information hub between Lavazza and customers - sharing insigths, customer strategies, and competitor analyses.
- Contribute to portfolio strategy, pricing and innovation plans.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development Manager within FMCG or Foodservice/OCS/HoReCa.
- Documented experience in developing key accounts and generating sales growth.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and results accountability.
- IT skills: Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Drivers license B.
