Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – CRM, Performance & E-Commerce
 

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Frankfurt am Main to be filled as soon as possible.


 

The Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - CRM, Performance & E-Commerce is responsible for the activation of Lavazza’s digital strategy with focus on performance marketing and CRM-Management as well as e-commerce support. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing, he/she drives the digital strategy as well as the implementation of digital campaigns with special attention to the further development of performance marketing measures. The digital CRM Management and the support of the global and local e-commerce team are key to the role. On top of that the position holder (m/w/d) is responsible for the brand and UX optimization and acts as strong link between the local and international stakeholders as well as the e-commerce team and external partners.

 

The position holder (m/w/d) is expected to have a proven track record in the development of digital strategies, different digital touchpoints and their role along the sales funnel within the field of  performance marketing and CRM Management as well as in the field of e-commerce. Self-motivation, the ability to identify optimization potentials in combination with a solution driven, hands-on mentality and passion to build a small and agile team are also key factors for success.

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Creation and prioritization of all digital measures. Management and optimization of digital campaigns including performance and CRM activation based on aligned KPI’s. Development of the digital strategy in collaboration with the Head of Consumer Marketing & Head of E-commerce
  • Execute performance marketing measures based on website performance, keywords, market trends and competitive environment with the HQ-team and external agencies. Bringing experiences and learnings into the process to further optimize the flow is highly appreciated and welcomed.
  • Digital CRM-Management: Development and implementation of customer loyalty actions as well as new ideas taking customer and target group insights into account. Drive the lead generation and nurturing process in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • E-commerce: Tracking, monitoring & controlling of the shop performance as well as development of activation and promotion ideas based on relevant KPI’s including the preparation of regular reporting to ensure the budget allocation
  • Brand & UX optimization: Ensure the brand identity along the digital customer journey including webshop and e-commerce platforms as well as proactive recommendation in view of UX optimization
  • Cross functional link between international & local brand marketing and e-commerce sales team. Support and collaboration with internal departments and external agencies

 


Professional experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field such as digital marketing with focus on CRM/ performance marketing or e-commerce
  • Good analytical capabilities and profound understanding of analytical tools and digital platforms; e.g. E-Commerce platforms as Amazon and/or Social Media platforms such as Instagram
  • Experience in working in a multidisciplinary and growing organization
  • Expertise in the German FMCG market with a good understanding of sales and e-commerce. Ideally an existing network is beneficial.
  • Experience in working effectively in a diverse matrix organization
  • University degree or additional work experience in a related field
  • Fluent in German & English as our company language in Germany is German, but communication with HQ and/or customers are in English
