OVERVIEW

Lavazza North America strives to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers, managing and coordinating stock levels, logistics, distribution, and customs. The Logistics Stock & Flow Specialist will manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor the flow of goods from local production and suppliers to warehouses.
• Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock availability, stock rejections and stock levels.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics and service levels.
• Perform activities in support of cost saving initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify and communicate stock risks to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with demand planning and supply channels to maintain stock levels and allocation accuracy.
• Initiate and monitor internal stock transfers between warehouses.
• Plan reworking activities aligned with forecasted demand and stock levels.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2 or more years of experience in logistics or supply chain 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of logistics systems and processes. Understanding of inventory management and forecasting
• Metrics driven with strong analytical and Excel skills
• Project management experience is preferred
• Experience in WMS System, ERP System (SAP) and Power BI Tools

PHYSICAL/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods
• Travel to onsite suppliers may be required as needed
