Technical Lead Operator

MISSION

'The role is responsible for performing maintenance activities to ensure operations and safety of production lines and infrastructures, preventing any disruptions or downtime. This involves performing periodical revision programs for regular maintenance checks and interventions on production lines and infrastructures, handling and maintaining plant and offices utilities, and conducting regular inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazard to be addressed. Finally the role entails maintaining an accurate record-keeping of maintenance interventions and reporting to supervisors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs periodical revision programs for regular maintenance checks and interventions, including ordinary maintenance (routine tasks to keep machinery and equipment running), extraordinary maintenance (e.g., significant repairs or upgrades), and soft interventions;
2. Performs maintenance activities to ensure plant workability, production lines reliability and efficiency, identifying and resolving potential issues before leading to disruptions and downtime;
3. Performs maintenance activities in relation to any buildings, including structural integrity, safety systems, and other essential building services;
4. Handles and maintains plant and offices utilities (e.g., hot and cold water, steam, HVAC, etc.) to provide the energy supply and uninterrupted production processes;
5. Conducts regular inspections to identify and address any signs of wear and tear or potential safety hazards, reporting any critical issues or non-compliance;
6. Ensures compliance to applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements;
7. Maintains accurate and detailed records of maintenance interventions, including work performed, parts used, time taken, and any issues encountered during the maintenance execution process.
