MISSION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Assists in the development and implementation of data governance practices, protocols, and standards to ensure data integrity, security and compliance;
3. Maintains robust systems and streamlined processes for marketing information sharing via reporting, automated reporting or self-service consultation;
4. Performs comprehensive data analysis on customer behaviors to improve customer digital experience and support website sales;
5. Effectively collects and integrates data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, website analytics, social media, email marketing) to provide a high-impact view of results and on-going performances;
6. Supports the definition of KPIs and metrics related to digital objectives, monitoring and providing relevant updates to management;
7. Keeps abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, providing relevant updates to management to identify opportunities for improvement.
