MISSION

'The role is responsible for supporting the definition of the company's digital strategy and leveraging data insights to drive business growth. This involves assisting in managing data availability, governance and consistency, maintaining robust systems and streamlined processes to allow data access via reporting or data visualization, performing data analysis on customer behaviours, and effectively integrating data from various sources. Lastly, the role demands supporting in defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics related to digital objectives, and providing relevant updates on trends and best practices to management to identify opportunities for improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports the definition of the digital strategy, aiming at combining different projects and responding to markets’ needs and insights coming from data and market trends;
2. Assists in the development and implementation of data governance practices, protocols, and standards to ensure data integrity, security and compliance;
3. Maintains robust systems and streamlined processes for marketing information sharing via reporting, automated reporting or self-service consultation;
4. Performs comprehensive data analysis on customer behaviors to improve customer digital experience and support website sales;
5. Effectively collects and integrates data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, website analytics, social media, email marketing) to provide a high-impact view of results and on-going performances;
6. Supports the definition of KPIs and metrics related to digital objectives, monitoring and providing relevant updates to management;
7. Keeps abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, providing relevant updates to management to identify opportunities for improvement.
