MISSION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs on all aspects of coffee, including brewing methods, latte art, sensory evaluation, and roasting techniques;
3. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs on bar management best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and drive business success through innovative marketing and visual merchandising strategies;
4. Contributes to the development of a team of highly qualified trainers, helping to ensure they possess the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional training experiences;
5. Assists in the development and maintenance of high-quality training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises, specific to the needs and quality standards of the training center;
6. Assists in organizing barista competitions within the city, showcasing the skills and creativity of local baristas;
7. Keeps track of KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs, providing insightful reports to management to support decision-making;
8. Stays abreast of the latest trends and best practices in coffee education and bar management, providing relevant updates to management for continuous improvement.
