Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining Lavazza's network of existing Key Accounts
  • Developing promotional and innovative in-market plans to successfully support growth.
  • Building Relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Reporting and understanding data in relation to key accounts and their performance including identifying opportunities
  • Presenting and negotiating trading terms and agreements with customers
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities

Role requirements:

  • A great communicator, able to adjust your style to the situation and engage positively with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of or previous experience working in coffee or related products.
  • Existing  network and  account management experience within the Foodservice, Hotel, Catering and or Hospitality sectors.
  • A track record of successfully signing and retaining Key Accounts
  • Good understanding of the Hotel, Catering, and food service industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to build rapport
  • The drive and passion for developing positive working relationships, both

internally & externally.


There will be additional travel required to other locations within Australia.
