We are looking for an Italy E-commerce Account Specialist to join our team in BU Italy. 

You will be part of Italy Ecommerce Team with the role of develop the E-Business of actual and new clients. You will be focus in managing Ecommerce client, understanding how to improve the business and process. Main responsibilities will be on reporting and tracking operational metrics such as sales, profitability, logistics performance of the client that you will be in charge to manage. You will be involved in cross-team project, in particular with focus on Amazon E-Retailers and quick commerce, working closely with Marketing and Logistics.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Management of sales and profitability of clients in account
  • Management of catalogue and new product listing
  • Management of promotions and year deal plan on client, negotiating sell-out mechanic and Visibility
  • Management of product detail page of Lavazza SKU on client site/APP (images, descriptions etc)
  • Tracking operations and logistics KPI to be improved
  • Develop cross-team project with marketing and logistics

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce field
  • Experience in client management
  • Project management experience with different/cross team involved (Marketing, Logistics)
  • Advanced knowledge of Ecommerce trend and contest
  • English as a must. Any other language as plus
