We are looking for an IT Digital Experience Specialist to join our Digital Demand and Delivery team, in our headquarter Nuvola in Turin.


What will be your mission:

For this role it is crucial to have technical knowledge combined with a propensity for management.


As a business and functional analyst, you will have to interface with the various company functions to identify needs and promote the most suitable technical solutions, monitoring the entire execution of the project in an efficient manner and in line with business expectations, technical requirements as well as with times and costs.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Business and functional analysis with the ability to technical deep dive on the proposed solution
  • Facilitate the collection of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Review the requirements shared by the business oriented towards solutions in line with the systems available
  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (for IT Digital projects
  • Facilitate cross-stream cooperation within the various project groups
  • Governance of the project delivery phase
  • Responsible for quality assurance, documents and handover to AMS team


To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

  • Masters degree in technical disciplines (engineering will be considered a plus)
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, specifically on digital environments (technical and functional), able to analyze and define technical solutions in the digital B2C world (preferably eCommerce)
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies (web applications, WCM, eCommerce, micro services, API, technologies enterprise integration)
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile is a plus) and the software development cycle
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • A propensity to manage digital activities and projects will be required and any experience related to leadership roles will be considered positive
