Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR or recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

Onboarding Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including entering data into HR systems, preparing documentation, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Line Managers, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding communications and materials.

 

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level positions: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

 

Intern & Administrative Management

  • Oversee administrative processes related to interns and contingents, including contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Monitor and track invoices, costs, and budgets related to recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data on recruitment and onboarding effectiveness; prepare reports for management.

💡 Who we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of SAP Success Factors considered a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent level of English
