Supplier Quality Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Supplier Quality Intern.

The role is based at our Innovation Center in Turin, where you will become part of our Quality & Procurement Business Unit, within the Supplier Quality Division, supporting supplier qualification and ongoing quality management.

Working with our Supplier Quality team, you’ll help ensure suppliers meet defined specifications, take part in audits and support performance monitoring. Your focus will be on ceramic, glass and other coffee experience suppliers, as well as food and packaging.
You will also contribute to the qualification of new products, collecting and reviewing key documentation to help ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

📊 Your activities will include:

• Management of supplier qualification, supporting the evaluation of new suppliers and products
• Monitoring of supplier quality performance, ensuring continuous alignment with specifications
• Handling of non-conformities, helping identify root causes and define corrective actions
• Collection and review of relevant documentation from suppliers, including process details and certifications
• Participation in audits at supplier plants, supporting audit preparation and follow-up

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: March 2026
• You’re fluent in English and Italian
• You hold a Master’s degree in Chemicals, Materials Engineering or similar fields
• You’re a proactive and detail-oriented person with strong communication skills
• You’re comfortable managing documentation and working cross-functionally
• You’re curious about quality processes and keen to grow in an international environment
