Supplier Quality Intern

Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Supplier Quality Intern to join our Quality Food Safety team at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The selected candidate will join the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) team, supporting activities related to the qualification and monitoring of suppliers of food products and food contact materials, in order to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the entire production chain.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Supporting the analysis of analytical and testing reports, and assessing compliance against the technical-scientific documentation supporting product specifications and MOCA declarations
• Applying and managing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with food safety regulations for both food products and food contact materials (MOCA)
• Understanding process-related aspects that impact compliance of food products and food contact packaging
• Assisting in the coordination of supplier surveillance audits by analyzing production processes, supply chains, and quality certifications (BRC, IFS, ISO, MOCA, GMP)

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship in Turin. Starting date: July 2025
• You have a Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and food & packaging regulations (BRC, IFS, HACCP, MOCA, GMP, ISO)
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
