Supplier Quality Coffee Machines Senior Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Coffee Machines Senior Engineer to join our Supplier Quality team within the Quality & Procurement Department at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The role is responsible for managing supplier quality relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer expectations. This includes implementing relevant procedures and standards, coordinating with other quality and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality requirements and specifications, managing supplier evaluation and selection processes, and leading supplier audits.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Implement supplier quality management procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with industry quality standards, regulations, and customer expectations
• Coordinate with quality and cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, production, R&D) to ensure alignment on quality requirements, specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage supplier evaluation and selection processes by applying defined methods, criteria, and metrics for supplier qualification, ensuring suppliers clearly understand quality standards, specifications, and requirements
• Lead and manage supplier audits during qualification and ongoing relationship development to verify adherence to quality standards, including on-site inspections to assess facilities, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, documentation practices, and certifications

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer, preferably in the Food & Packaging industry
• Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and meet critical deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Italian
