We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Quality Food Safety Intern to join our Quality Food Safety team at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The selected candidate, in collaboration with the tutor, will be responsible for reviewing and updating the documentation of the HACCP system, in compliance with current regulations and company standards.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Support the manager (tutor) and the HACCP team in reviewing the documentation of the self-control system
• Assist the team in updating the hazard analysis
• Collaborate in updating the flow diagrams
• Actively support in drafting and reviewing operational procedures
• Participate in meetings and provide proactive contributions for process improvement in the context of the HACCP system

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship in Torino. Starting date: July/September 2025
• You have a degree in Degree in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields with a specialization in Food Safety and Quality standards (Food Safety and Quality Management System and related regulatory references/schemes, HACCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of hazard analysis methodologies, HACCP system, risk assessment, ability to create and interpret flow diagrams and hazard analysis tables
• Basic knowledge for drafting procedures according to HACCP and quality criteria
