Packaging & Promo Materials Compliance Manager
We're looking for a Packaging & Promo Materials Compliance Manager to join our Food Safety division, within our Quality & Procurement Department. The role is based at our Innovation Center in Turin.
The Packaging & Promotional Materials Compliance Manager is a key contributor to the product development process, responsible for defining Food Safety and regulatory compliance requirements for packaging and promotional materials.
📊 Your day-to-day activities:
- Define Food Safety compliance requirements, acceptance criteria, testing protocols, and validation methodologies for packaging and promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with global Food Contact Materials regulations throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to assess compliance feasibility and regulatory risks during the product development process
- Support innovation projects by evaluating new materials and identifying potential food safety, regulatory, and compliance risks at an early stage
- Review and approve Declarations of Compliance and technical documentation required to demonstrate regulatory compliance
💡 Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in packaging compliance, food contact materials, food safety, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of global Food Contact Materials (FCM) regulations and packaging legislation
- Solid understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes, including plastics, flexible packaging, paper, aluminium, and other food contact materials
- Fluency in both English and Italian

Salary And Benefits
- The role is classified at Level 1 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 53.000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2.500 at target level for 2026
