Organizational Development Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an Organizational Development Intern to join us at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

In this role, you’ll support our Organizational Development team in the rollout of a new Global HR system, a platform designed to manage key people processes, such as employee data management, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle management, contributing to testing activities and ensuring a smooth user experience across the organization on a global scale.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Support in preparing and executing test cases (UAT) for new HR tools and functionalities
• Identify and track issues, bugs and inconsistencies during testing phases
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to collect feedback and suggest improvements
• Support documentation of testing results and issue resolution tracking
• Contribute to creating and updating user guidelines and process documentation
• Support change management activities (communication, user support, onboarding)
• Provide operational support during system go-live

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• Available for a 6-month full-time internship. Start date: September 2026
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel and data handling
• Interest in HR tools and system implementation
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn
