Marketing & Personnel Procurement Intern

Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Marketing & Personnel Procurement Intern to join our Quality & Procurement Department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

 

The selected candidate will support in the development of of two strategic initiatives:

 

International Promotional Material Management

  • Analysis and mapping of promotional items currently used across international subsidiaries
  • Contribution to the rationalization and standardization process, aimed at improving efficiency, brand consistency, and sustainability
  • Collaboration with local marketing and procurement teams to gather requirements, consolidate suppliers, and ensure a consistent approach

Rationalization of the Technical Service Network (Italy)

  • Collection and analysis of data on existing technical service centers
  • Benchmarking against best practices and alternative service models
  • Support in designing a more efficient and scalable network, with a focus on service quality and cost optimization.

 

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

  • Contribute to the analysis and streamlining of international promotional materials
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries to gather requirements and support supplier consolidation
  • Assist in mapping and evaluating the current network of technical service centers
  • Support the design of a more efficient and sustainable service network model

 

💡 Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: November 2025
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
  • You have a Degree Economics, Management Engineering or Business Management
  • You have good Excel and Power Point knowledge
  • (And if you’re a coffee lover...that helps!)
