Italy Home RGM Specialist

We're looking for an Italy Home RGM Specialist to join our Channels Activation, Growth & Business Service Division within our Italy Commercial Function.


The role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic revenue management initiatives to optimize revenue performance and adapt to changing market conditions. This involves working with sales demand planning to align on sales forecasts across various channels and markets, supporting the development of dynamic pricing strategies and definition of optimal pricing levels through statistical modeling and data analytics.


📊 Main Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategic revenue management initiatives, gathering and analyzing market data to optimize revenue performance and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Works with Commercial  Planning teams to align sales forecasting and analysis for products across various channels and markets, ensuring data consistency and accuracy with company's budget objectives
  • Supports the development of dynamic pricing strategies, working closely with commercial planning teams to deliver the commercial guidelines within the product portfolio
  • Performs gross profit analysis to determine pricing levels for different products, segments, and channels
  • Assists in coordinating revenue forecasting and budgeting processes, contributing to the alignment of sales team expectations and goals with the overall financial strategy

 

💡 Who we’re looking for

  • You have 3/4 years of experience in sales controlling, commercial finance or revenue growth management functions
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
  • You’ve a Master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering
  • You are an analytical person, with superior Excel and Power-Point skills
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and adoption of revenue and pricing recommendations across Commercial, Sales and Finance teams.
