We are looking for IT Transformation & Integration Architercture Senior Specialist to join the ECS IT Department.

As part of its growth strategy, ECS regularly carries out acquisitions across its core activities (vending, services, retail, digital, etc.). To support the progressive integration of heterogeneous information systems into a complex IT landscape, we are strengthening our IT Transformation Architecture capability focused on M&A.

🚀Your Mission

Design, lead, and secure the IT transformation and integration roadmaps of acquired entities, ensuring a structured, pragmatic, and cost‑effective approach aligned with group IT strategy.


📊What You Will Do

Architecture & Assessment

  • Perform post-acquisition IT assessments (applications, data, integrations, infrastructure)
  • Produce clear and actionable As-Is architecture maps
  • Identify overlaps, technical debt, dependencies, and operational risks

Target Architecture & Integration

  • Define Keep / Merge / Replace / Retire scenarios
  • Design To‑Be target architectures by functional domain
  • Define appropriate integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, batch, middle office)

Convergence Roadmaps

  • Build phased IT convergence roadmaps
  • Define coexistence phases and transitional architectures
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk mitigation, and TCO

Governance & Decision Support

  • Prepare architecture decision papers for IT and business committees
  • Provide structured, fact-based input to strategic discussions
  • Challenge proposals from vendors and system integrators
  • Ensure alignment with architecture principles and standards

Knowledge Capitalization

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to standardization of M&A patterns
  • Support the industrialization of post-merger IT integration practices

✨What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT architecture, IT transformation, or enterprise architecture
  • Proven experience in post-merger integration or carve-in/out projects
  • Strong system integration expertise (API-based, event-driven, batch)
  • Knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Autonomy, accountability, and strong stakeholder management
  • Professional proficiency in English, French is considered as a plus
