Description

We are looking for a Networking Specialist to join the Tech&Digital Networking team within the Global Tech&Digital Operations & Cyber Security Department. The role will support both daily operations and special projects related to the Lavazza Group network ecosystem, including WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi and voice infrastructures based on modern standards such as SD‑WAN and Cisco technologies. You will collaborate with colleagues in Italy and abroad, external suppliers, and the Cyber Security Officer, contributing to integration strategies, troubleshooting activities and continuous improvement of network services. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their impact on infrastructure operations is considered a valuable plus.

🎯What you will do

• Design, install and support secure LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VoIP systems
• Coordinate projects with external suppliers and internal teams
• Manage and govern suppliers providing network monitoring services
• Handle incident analysis, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support cybersecurity-related activities (network segmentation, secure protocols, firewalling) in alignment with Security teams
• Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation

• 2/3 years of experience in similar roles for medium/big companies
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to make things happen
• Team‑working capability in complex and multinational contexts
• Good communication skills
• Certifications or basic foundations in networking technologies mandatory
• Knowledge or certifications in cybersecurity, networking, industrial/IT‑OT systems, and cloud technologies are a plus
