We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Food Central Planning Intern.

You’ll join our Central Planning team, as part of the Operations department, at Nuvola – our HQ in Turin.

📊 Your day-to-day activities

• Supports the strategic allocation of production volumes across in-house manufacturing sites and third-party vendors by assisting in the analysis of key factors such as cost efficiency, capacity constraints, quality assurance, and lead time optimization
• Assists in monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to production planning processes and methodologies, helping to identify improvement opportunities and providing input to senior management
• Supports the review of production plans, contributing to the incorporation of necessary adjustments based on demand fluctuations, production capabilities, or external factors that may impact timelines or inventory levels
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Procurement and Supply Chain by assisting in the management of incoming orders, lead times, and inventory levels, and helping to coordinate outgoing delivery schedules

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: July/September 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• You have a good Excel and Power-Point skills
