Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Finance Transformation Manager to lead the optimization and transformation of financial processes and technologies across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving change, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning finance with business goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead programs aimed at reengineering financial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap with clear milestones, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Oversee finance transformation activities, including process mapping and stakeholder collaboration for seamless integration.
- Ensure financial systems, processes, and controls are correctly designed and implemented to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance financial operations.
🧠 Technical Competencies
- Financial Systems & Technology: Expertise in financial software, digital transformation, and FinTech integration.
- Financial Strategy: Ability to align financial planning with strategic business objectives.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Strong understanding of statutory reporting requirements and frameworks.
- Financial Analysis: Skilled in interpreting financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Financial Performance Management: Experience in designing and evaluating performance management systems.
- Transactional Accounting & Closing Processes: Proficiency in accurate financial transaction recording and reconciliation.
🔍 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance transformation roles, preferably in international environments.
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and digital orientation.
