Food Service Customer Service Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Food Service Customer Service Intern to join our Customer Service team at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The selected candidate will support in performing accurate order entry and timely fulfillment, shipment tracking, managing billing data and payment information.
📊 Your Day-to-day Activities
- Enters order requests received from customers; issues corrective documents, manages returns and replacement orders
- Develops proficiency in the software used for order entry (SAP)
- Understands pricing dynamics and the Order to Cash process
- Keeps track of KPIs and metrics related to customer service performance
💡 Who We’re Looking For
- You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: November 2025
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
- You have a degree in Economics
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
