Description
We’re looking for an Enterprise Architecture & Integration Senior Specialist to evolve our enterprise tech landscape and ensure technology consistently enables our business strategy. In this role, you’ll translate needs into architecture roadmaps, guide cross‑functional choices, and connect dots across applications, data, and infrastructure—always with security, compliance, and scalability in mind.
📊Your day-to-day activities
- Assess & map the landscape: Evaluate the current application ecosystem, identify improvement areas, and define/maintain the Business Capability Map to steer investments and simplification.
- Document & communicate: Build and keep up‑to‑date our core EA assets—architecture diagrams, standards, guidelines, and technical specs—so teams can execute consistently.
- Risk & impact analysis: Anticipate architectural risks and dependencies; assess the impact of technology change on business processes and operating models.
- Design for interoperability: Define and oversee integration patterns for systems, APIs, and data flows to ensure reliability, reusability, and scale.
- Target Architecture: Develop and iterate the Target Architecture, linking short‑term deliverables to the long‑term North Star.
- Strategy & guidance: Partner cross‑functionally to identify and recommend solutions that advance business objectives, and provide clear decision support to senior stakeholders.
- Vendor ecosystem: Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators, ensuring solutions meet requirements and standards.
- AI architecture & governance: Establish architectures for AI solutions (data pipelines, model deployment, MLOps) and collaborate on ethical use, compliance, and security governance.
💡Relevant skills & competencies
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Solution Architecture, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and change management.
- Technical fluency in AI, integration patterns, BI platforms, and microservices.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and mediation skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong problem‑setting and problem‑solving capabilities.
