ECS IT M&A Delivery Manager

The successful candidate will drive the successful delivery of complex merger and acquisition integration programmes by providing strategic oversight, disciplined programme governance, and decisive leadership across critical business and technology workstreams. This role sits at the centre of a high‑stakes transformation agenda, shaping the future operating model and steering the redesign of the technology landscape to ensure full adoption, alignment, and long‑term value realisation across the combined enterprise. The role demands exceptional executive presence, strong organisational and stakeholder‑management capability, and the ability to influence and mobilise international, cross‑functional teams in both on‑site and remote environments.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Provide executive oversight of end‑to‑end M&A integration programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, value‑capture targets, and the overall transformation roadmap.
  • Establish and enforce robust programme governance, decision‑making frameworks, and reporting standards across all integration workstreams.
  • Act as a senior advisor to leadership on integration risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, ensuring informed and timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with 3rd Party development agencies and internal scrum teams, providing expertise to unlock potential delivery risks and issues.
  • Oversee the redesign and implementation of the future technology landscape, ensuring systems, data, and digital capabilities are integrated and scalable
  • Drive adoption and change‑readiness across the combined organisation, ensuring new ways of working are embedded and sustained.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, functional heads, and external partners to ensure alignment and commitment to integration priorities.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic implications to executive stakeholders with clarity, precision, and influence.

💡 Who we’re looking for

  • Extensive experience leading large‑scale M&A integration, divestiture, or transformation programmes within complex multinational environments.
  • Ability to translate strategic deal objectives into actionable integration plans, with strong expertise in operating model design, organisational restructuring, and technology integration.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑workstream portfolios with robust governance, risk management, and delivery discipline.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, digital platforms, and data integration challenges in post‑deal contexts.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for executive stakeholders;
  • Relevant certifications and a business/technology degree are advantageous (e.g., PMP, MSP, Agile/Scrum) 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.

Please note that this role requires approximately 40% travel and is based in Turin
