We are looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer for our newly created Digital Transformation function. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Digital Transformation Director you will support the execution of digital transformation initiatives across the Manufacturing & Procurement domain, turning business priorities into scalable digital solutions with measurable impact. The role bridges business needs, data insights, and technical feasibility, coordinating cross‑functional squads to deliver MVPs, pilots, and industrialized solutions. Works closely with Tech & Digital, Data Strategy & AI, and business teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement

📊 Your day-to-day activities 

  • Identify and analyse high‑value digital opportunities across Manufacturing & Procurement processes.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, solution concepts, and value hypotheses.
  • Structure and lead MVPs and pilots to validate feasibility and quantify business impact using real operational data.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day initiative delivery through cross‑functional squads, managing backlogs, scope, and priorities.
  • Remove delivery obstacles, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions meet acceptance and readiness criteria.
  • Act as a technical‑functional counterpart for Manufacturing & Procurement stakeholders, providing evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Prepare validated solutions for industrialization and support deployment, hypercare, and adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Strategy & AI to ensure alignment with architecture, data governance, and platform standards.


💡 Relevant skills & competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing & Procurement processes.
  • Solid analytical/data capabilities: data exploration, KPI definition, quantitative assessment, familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Experience in cross‑functional delivery leadership (backlog management, agile execution, risk & dependency management).
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication of complex concepts, and ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Fluent English required
