The Digital Transformation Budgeting & Financial Planning Specialist supports the team in managing Digital Transformation processes, with a focus on financial planning, cost monitoring, and administrative control. The role spans budget manage‐ ment, documentation, sourcing support, and economic–administrative oversight, working closely with teams across the Digi‐ tal Transformation Directorate as well as Finance and Procurement to ensure smooth processes and effective operational coordination. Designed for a Specialist profile, the position contributes directly to team activities and progressively builds ex‐ pertise in Digital Transformation governance, mechanisms, and value creation.
📊 Your day-to-day activities
- Support Digital Transformation budgeting and financial planning activities (capex/opex, monitoring, reporting).
- Monitor spending, perform cost analyses, and contribute to optimization initiatives.
- Support authorization and accoun‐ ting flows related to Digital Transformation expenses.
- Manage Investment Requests, reconciliations, invoicing, and internal approval workflows.
- Support activities related to Purchase Requests, vendor rating, and the resolution of administrative issues with suppliers.
- Support the preparation of summary materials and documentation for alignment and governance meetings.
- Manage and update operational documentation, procedures, templates, and internal guidelines.
💡 Relevant skills & competencies
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, specifically as an Excel Power User, alongside a strong grasp of broader analy‐ sis and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of processes related to budgeting, cost analysis (Capex/Opex), finance reporting, and procurement Basic understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work across multidisciplinary workflows in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach, oriented toward continuous process improvement in an evolving transformation context.
- Focus on identifying efficiency and value creation opportunities Ability to work positively and cross functionally, building effective relationships with different stakeholders and integra‐ ting diverse perspectives.
