Description
We’re hiring a Digital Sales & CRM Product Manager within the ECS Lead Group, part of our Digital Transformation function.
You will co‑create and deliver the digital roadmap with senior stakeholders, combining business impact and technical excellence across B2B/B2C eCommerce, CRM and Marketing Technology—driving measurable gains in conversion, engagement, satisfaction.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap end to end, aligning business priorities with clear KPIs and non‑functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, scalability).
- Orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives with Engineering, Architecture and PMO, balancing continuous improvement and major transformation.
- Ensure clean integrations and data flows across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Integration Layers (enterprise integration architectures, middleware, APIs).
- Define and track product value & delivery performance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and environments (staging/production).
- Drive technology adoption, ensuring solution quality (UAT, regression, observability/telemetry, incident & problem management).
- Lead and coach 5 Product Owners, shaping feature definitions, data models, APIs and ensuring journey consistency and privacy by design.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Service to translate needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and releasable increments.
- Embed GDPR/consent management, data governance and measurement (event taxonomy, A/B testing, experimentation).
- Scan market & tech trends (AI/automation, personalization, headless, composable) and inject innovation into the roadmap.
🧩 What you bring
- Strategic mindset + delivery discipline, excellent stakeholder communication.
- Solid experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery within complex environments.
- Track record of shipping digital products that move business KPIs and meet NFRs.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Adobe Commerce, Integration Layers (enterprise integration architectures, middleware, APIs).
- Experience with design thinking, customer journey design, analytics/telemetry, and UAT.
- Familiarity with sales & marketing processes, data privacy and security best practices.
📍 Location: Nuvola HQ — other ECS locations in France or the UK considered
