Demand Planning Analyst
We're looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy & Business Development division at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The role is responsible for performing sales analysis and forecasts for specific Distributor/Customer to support the business plan. This involves performing analyses on sales data, market trends, pricing, and historical promotion and events to measure and assess the impact on sales and develop effective sales forecasts.
📊 Your Day-to-day Activities
- Keeps track of KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance against forecasts and targets, identifying variances, investigating the reasons behind them, and generating reports for management
- Performs analyses on sales data and market trends to evaluate performing and underperforming products and uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Performs data analyses using statistical tools and models to understand how various factors (e.g., seasonality, market changes, customer preferences, competitive dynamics) impact sales
- Develops sales forecasts over different time periods based on previous analyses, using forecasting models and adjusting them according to changing market conditions and sales objectives
💡 Who We’re Looking For
- You have a Degree in Business Management, Economics or Management Engineering
- You have 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis or demand planning roles
- You have a solid knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and Power Point)
- You're fluent in English and Italian
