Delivery Platforms Specialist

We are looking for a Delivery Platforms Specialist to join our Tech & Digital Delivery Platform team. This person will contribute to the end-to end management of the development and implementation of IT solutions in support of the overall business strategy, leading to the successful delivery and continuous improvement of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, enabling accurate financial reporting, cost management, material ledger and profitability analysis across the organization. The chosen candidate will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency through SAP S/4HANA capabilities, supporting strategic business decisions and operational excellence.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Deliver reliable IT and finance platform solutions by translating business and functional requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring alignment with SAP FI, CO, CO‑PA and Material Ledger standards.
• Support the full lifecycle of finance‑related IT projects—including blueprint, build, test, and go‑live—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with technical best practices.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization projects, ensuring proper integration of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Analyze finance process requirements and coordinate necessary SAP custom developments, ensuring adherence to technical and governance standards.
• Contribute to quality assurance and testing activities to validate solution reliability, data accuracy, and auditability across financial processes.
• Assist in managing project budgets, IT contracts, and third‑party vendors to ensure efficient use of resources within finance platform delivery.
• Provide user support and training on new SAP finance functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
• Prepare clear progress updates for stakeholders, while recommending improvements to IT delivery processes, standardization, and compliance controls.

💡 Who we’re looking for

• Experience with SAP Finance and Controlling processes (FI, CO, CO‑PA, Material Ledger) and understanding of their integration 
• Ability to translate finance business needs into technical solutions and support configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP enhancements or projects.
• Knowledge of IT delivery methodologies , with experience across the project lifecycle and basic understanding of compliance and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in an international context.
• Fluent English
• Available to work from Turin with some remote working (up to 10 days per month)
