We are looking for Data Scientists to join our Digital Transformation team at HQ. 📊 What you’ll do:

• Collaborate within Agile squads to design and implement machine learning models that solve real business problems.
• Manage the model lifecycle: from ideation and data preparation to deployment and scaling on Cloud platforms using modern MLOps practices.
• Translate data into actionable insights through data storytelling, empowering strategic decisions.
• Contribute to building a strong data culture, ensuring quality, ethics, and compliance in every solution.
  
  

💡 What we’re looking for:

• Experience in data science projects (from academic to corporate), with skills in machine learning, statistics, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in programming and relevant libraries/frameworks.
• Comfortable in Agile environments, with a problem-solving mindset.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on AI trends.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
