We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Commercial Project Intern to join our Commercial PMO team within our Commercial Strategy and Business Development area at our HQ Nuvola in Turin, with a focus on a Program regarding the change of the current SAP CRM to Salesforce.

This Program covers HQ and Subsidiaries and involves Business, HR and IT Departments as well as external stakeholders.
As an intern, you will support the team in carrying out daily activities related to the monitoring and updating of project and program status.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Support the monitoring of the deadlines and deliverables
• Support the collection of information regarding project status updates (e.g., organization of meetings for specific updates) and the preparation of documentation for recurring status of work meetings
• Supporting analytical activities related to the analysis of KPIs regarding the status of specific project phases, such as the user acceptance testing phase
• Support tracking and monitoring of project open points list

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: March/ April 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you'll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics 
• You are a proactive person, with superior Excel and Power-Point skills
• You’re digitally minded and have a flexible approach
