Coffee Machines Quality Engineer
We're looking for a Coffee Machines Quality Engineer to join our Quality & Procurement department at our Innovation Center in Turin.
The role is responsible for managing processes related to product quality, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulations and customer expectations.
This involves coordinating with quality and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality requirements and specifications, implementing quality procedures and standards, and managing product quality performance on the market.
📊 Your day-to-day activities
- Monitor and evaluate product quality performance on the market, and feedback from the market, consumers, and various stakeholders regarding the product quality
- Identify priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., SQ, R&D, Customer care, TS, Purchasing) to carry on the analysis of any quality-related issues that arise, in order to identify root causes and solution to be implemented as soon as possible
- Use data and insights from feedback and analysis to promote continuous improvement in product quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers (e.g., production, R&D, Customer care) for product development and innovation
- Lead PCR process verifying that all the qualification steps are carried out respecting the timing
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of product quality-related activities, quality performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor KPIs and metrics related to product quality, providing reports and recommendations to senior management
💡 Who We’re Looking For
- You have a degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and meet critical deadlines
- Strong independent thinking, communication skills, self-initiative, and high energy
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Previous experience in Quality or product Industrialization is a plus
