We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Business Service Development Intern to join our Demand Planning & Business Service Development team within our Channels Activation Department based in Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

The person will support the team in reviewing business processes in order to promote continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will be an integral part of the Italy Business Unit and will work closely with various business functions to identify, analyze, and optimize key processes.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Analyze and map existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimization solutions
• Develop and update KPIs to measure the success of projects and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, define clear objectives, and monitor progress
• Prepare reports and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: January or February 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Degree Management Engineering or Business Management
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
