📊 Your day to day activities
- Define mid and long term brand opportunities and priorities
- Analyze consumer behavior and market data to evaluate performance and spot growth areas
- Ideate and validate the three year brand pipeline and concepts
- Own the global positioning, narrative, and pricing strategy of the Lavazza brand
- Define the brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead the development of brand communication toolkits, coordinating cross functional teams, guiding local markets in right strategies and marketing plans setting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of the brand strategy
- Work with global external partners and agencies to bring the brand vision
💡 Who we’re looking for:
You have several years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry and a strong passion for brand building.
You’re a strategic thinker with hands on experience in:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Leveraging industry trends, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to drive brand growth
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Crafting compelling brand messaging and ensuring consistent identity across channels
- Managing product lifecycles and launching new products that meet consumer needs
- Using analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
