Description
We're looking for an Italy AFH RGM & Business Development Specialist to join our Away From Home Business Development Team based in Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic revenue management initiatives to optimize revenue performance and adapt to changing market conditions. This involves working with sales demand planning to align on sales forecasts across various channels and markets, supporting the development of dynamic pricing strategies and definition of optimal pricing levels through statistical modeling and data analytics.
📊 Your day-to-day activities
- Supports the development and implementation of strategic revenue management initiatives, gathering and analyzing market data to optimize revenue performance and adapt to changing market conditions
- Works with Commercial Demand Planning teams to align sales forecasting and analysis for products across various channels and markets, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Performs data analyses using statistical tools and models to understand how various factors (e.g., seasonality, market changes, customer preferences, competitive dynamics) impact sales
- Keeps track of sales revenue KPIs and metrics, generating reports with key insights to management to support decision-making
- Works closely with clients to gather accurate and timely information on historic and current data on sales and inventory to understand sales performance for specific clients
💡 Who we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue growth management or commercial finance
- Previous experience in FMCG is a plus
- You have a strong analytical judgment combined with business acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making that balances short-term performance and long-term revenue growth objectives
- Strategic and scenario-based mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying revenue opportunities and mitigating risks across channels, product portfolios and market dynamics.

Salary And Benefits
- The role is classified at Level 2 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2.500 at target level for 2026
