We are market leaders in the coffee sector across the Baltic States and aim to maintain and develop this position in collaboration with our clients.
The Lavazza Baltics team is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance cooperation with distributors in the Baltics and Finland. Your workplace will be at our office in Riga.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In your daily work, you will provide support to the AFH (HORECA and office) sales department manager in the Baltics and Finland. Your main task will be to ensure process coordination with partners and colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating product demand forecasts between the company and partners
  • Manage order processing, fulfilment, and delivery for distributor and direct customers, manually received, and B2B portal orders.
  • Reply to customer messages with a sense of urgency addressing and resolving any order related questions or concerns, including fulfilment, delivery, product questions, etc. Registering and managing quality claims, customer requests and issues
  • Administrating price lists and product data warehouse
  • Maintaining the customer contract database
  • Collecting and processing sales and statistical data
  • Providing support to colleagues and partners in sales and marketing activities
  • Assisting in the development and coordination of growth and client acquisition projects
  • Preparing different reports and providing administrative support in processes between colleagues, company departments, and distributors

 

ABOUT YOU

You are ready to work actively and effectively. You enjoy communicating with colleagues and partners. You enjoy working with others but are also comfortable handling tasks on your own.

 

What we expect of you: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the supply chain or customer service
  • Practical experience in product demand planning, optimally in the FMCG sector
  • Proficient communication skills with customers and team members; friendly and straightforward demeanor, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP software would be beneficial.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated approach
  • Proficient in written and spoken Latvian and English
  • An optimistic mindset
