JOB OVERVIEW
At Lavazza North America, the E-Commerce Specialist for Flavia.com and B2B marketplaces plays a hands-on role in executing the company’s strategy for the new Flavia SOHO B2B single-serve systems. This position involves day-to-day management of Flavia.com as well as online marketplaces including Amazon (both 1P and 3P), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Target+, working closely with both the e-commerce and OCS teams.
E-commerce is a top priority for Lavazza, serving as a strategic, high-growth channel for both B2C and B2B segments across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, various e-retailers, LavazzaUSA.com, and Flavia.com.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the execution of the launch and day-to-day support of the SOHO B2B Single Serve System across key marketplaces.

Focus on DTC (Flavia.com) and marketplaces including Amazon 3P (US/CA), eBay, Walmart 3P (US/CA), eBay, Target+, Best Buy and Wayfair.

Help monitor catalog health and maintain accurate product listings across all platforms.

Collaborate with the demand planning team to help track inventory levels and support forecast accuracy.

Work with the e-commerce marketing team to support content updates and basic performance tracking.

Assist with return management processes and escalate customer issues as needed.

Define the Mix of Portfolio and Catalog across RTM and Online Channels (3Ps)

Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase market share, and drive profitable growth.

Identify new channel opportunities and develop innovative approaches to capitalize on them.

Internalize our customers' strategies and develop differentiated joint business plans that align with shared objectives.

Act as a strategic and inspiring leader, adopting a digital-first, customer-oriented, and holistic market perspective in decision-making forums.

Drive effective collaboration and teamwork across markets.

Innovate our go-to-market principles to deliver a highly coordinated and results-oriented commercial and promotional plan.

Encompass all facets of the business, ranging from retail and storefront execution to platform marketing and eCommerce operations.

Drive strong performance against key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize traffic, conversion, and retail effectiveness.

Collaborate with operations team to support inventory forecasting and shipment planning.

Utilize a data-driven approach to negotiate mutually valuable trade agreements.

Conduct comprehensive competitive research and continuously monitor industry changes.

Translate findings into actionable recommendations and global initiatives to maintain our competitive edge.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field, preferred.

1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain, or logistics; experience with Amazon FBA and/or Walmart WFS preferred.

Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping portals, and order management tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, CIN7, SAP).

Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and report on basic operational data.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting (virtually and in-person) to Executive Leadership and cross functional leadership and peers.

Strong analytic and story telling capabilities to diagnose complex business issues, visualize the data, identify the insights, and recommend clear action plans.

Highly agile and thrive in a fast-paced working environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.

High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize.

Minimal travel expectations: less than 25% per year, typically to NYC/West Chester office as needed.
